Hi5 Furniture is seeking an experienced National CET & Sales Operations Specialist to support A&D firms, dealerships, and outside sales representatives nationwide. This role blends space planning, CET expertise, quoting, and order management to ensure projects move forward accurately and efficiently.
You will serve as a technical and commercial resource—supporting design, pricing, order execution, and post-installation follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate quotes and pricing that support margin and project timelines
- Create and modify CET drawings, space plans, and renderings
- Provide product details, lead times, and configuration guidance
- Enter and manage orders from submission through delivery
- Communicate order status proactively to dealers and reps
- Resolve punch-list and warranty items professionally
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in CET Designer (required)
- Contract furniture specification and space planning experience
- Experience supporting A&D firms, dealerships, and sales reps
- Strong knowledge of pricing, lead times, and order workflows
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume activity with precision and professionalism
