Hi5 Furniture is hiring a Factory Direct Rep for Missouri & Kansas!
This role is for a relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with contract furniture dealers, A&D firms, and end users to drive specifications and close deals.
You’ll own your territory, build strong partnerships, present innovative products, and manage projects from first conversation to installation. Job Responsibilities
• Grow sales by developing strong relationships with dealers, designers, and end users
• Drive specifications and manage projects from prospecting to close
• Present, promote, and sell Hi5 products through meetings, showrooms, and CEUs
• Support dealer bids, pricing, and procurement efforts
• Track pipelines, forecasts, and territory plans using CRM tools
• Collaborate internally to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery
• Stay ahead of market trends, competition, and opportunities
What You Bring:
• 2+ years in contract commercial furniture sales
• Strong A&D and dealer-channel experience
• Confident presenter and strategic closer
• Organized, driven, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working independently and managing a full pipeline
What We Offer:
• $80K guaranteed first-year base salary
• Commission tiers with strong earning potential
• Expense account for travel and client meetings
• Auto allowance (.725/mile) + phone allowance
