SUMMARY:

Hi5 Furniture is a manufacturer of high-quality commercial tables. Our engineering team is responsible for detailing amazing products according to Hi5 brand standards. This is American made product at its’ finest.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Utilize SolidWorks to create detailed models, manufacturing prints, technical drawings, and installation instructions per customer specifications.

·        Data transfer into manufacturing system to structure and release work orders for production.

·        Maintenance of engineering libraries and coordination of engineering changes.

·        Perform design calculations, product testing, and documentation.

·        Attention to detail, quality, and speed.

·        Develop and deploy engineering automation and methodologies to optimize workflow and minimize errors.

·        Maintain clean organized work cell.

·        Will be required to perform other tasks as requested, assigned, or directed.

 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Must have a can do, positive attitude and take pride in your work.

·        Familiar with manufacturing equipment and processes including laser, punch press, MIG and TIG welding, powder coating, and packaging.

·        Drafting or engineering degree in progress (Please provide a copy of your transcript).

·        Expertise in SolidWorks (or similar 3D CAD).

·        No felons allowed.
