Hi5 Metal Fab is a Full-Service Metal Fabricator that offers services from Engineering to Powder Coating to Packaging and Delivery of metal component parts. Are you a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined individual looking for a hands-on role in manufacturing? We are seeking a Production Associate to join our team! If you have experience with small air hand tools and can read engineering prints, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality standards
• Follow work instructions and production schedules to meet daily targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with material handling and inventory management
• Identify and report any production issues or equipment malfunctions
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
What We’re Looking For:
• Mechanically inclined with an understanding of tools and assembly processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering prints
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• A team player with a strong work ethic
