HOW TO ORDER
Orders will be placed via Purchase Orders.
Email PO to firstname.lastname@example.org or via fax at 816-817-4910.
Small purchases may be made by the County’s procurement card (currently Visa).
Purchase orders must be placed by authorized dealers and must clearly state MAPT contract pricing.
NOTES: No Minimum Order

Lead Times 6-8 weeks
All prices are FOB Destination, Inside Delivery. No small order charges or fuel surcharges are allowed.
INSIDE DELIVERY: Delivered inside the office of the ordering agency and includes uncrating, assembly, installation (if required), removal of debris off-site (County trash receptacles shall not be used), wipe down surfaces and a completed punch list (if required).
Deliveries shall be made to the designated “ship to” address on each purchase order typically between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm on regular business days (excluding holidays) unless other arrangements have been made.
All goods shall be delivered assembled, or assembled by the Contractor on site.
Delivered and installed discounts are based on normal site conditions and building access business hours.
