Hi5 Metal Fab is a Full-Service Metal Fabricator that offers services from Engineering to Powder Coating to Packaging and Delivery of metal component parts. Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in shipping and receiving? We are looking for a Manufacturing Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage incoming and outgoing materials, and ensure smooth warehouse operations. If you have experience in LTL logistics and forklift operation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality

Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and customer requirements

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to load and unload shipments

Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries

Work closely with production to ensure timely material flow

Verify shipping documents, packing lists, and invoices for accuracy

Ensure proper labeling and handling of products to prevent damage during transit

Keep the warehouse and shipping areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy

Communicate with customers, carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations

Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (certification preferred)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and stand for extended periods

Familiarity with shipping software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to read engineering prints and follow shipping specifications (preferred)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
